PCB Board Whole/Selective Conformal Coating Machine

This machine is specially designed to handle both whole board and selective conformal coating tasks, providing maximum flexibility for PCB board manufacturing.

Our conformal coating machine measures 130018001700mm and is fitted with a T16 Chrome Plate working platform, ensuring durability and longevity. Despite its comprehensive features, the machine maintains a manageable weight of 850kg, which allows for easy installation and relocation if necessary.

One of the standout features of this machine is its PLC+LCD control system, which combines reliability and ease-of-use. The control system enables automatic and PC operation modes, allowing for a seamless transition between different workflow requirements.

The machine offers manual programming, and it can store over 1000 programs, making it a versatile addition to any production line. Its high-speed PCB handling (0-5000mm/min) and adjustable direction enhance productivity, while the automatic speed control ensures precision in every task.

The machine is fitted with a Servo Motor and Dual High-precision Screw Rod for XY axis driving, providing a maximum speed of 800mm/s and a repeatability of 0.01mm. It features two valves, including a high-precision spraying valve and a high-precision dispensing valve, which are powered by a double rod cylinder.

The machine can accommodate PCB sizes of up to W450mmL450mmH100mm. It also features a 10L stainless steel glue tank equipped with a mixing function and a 1-2L washing tank. These features, combined with LED and UV light sources for inspection, make this machine a comprehensive solution for PCB conformal coating tasks.
